My soft relaunch of my online music magazine AidriftSignals

AirdriftSignals Online Music Magazine Soft Relaunch I’ve been preparing a sort of soft relaunch of my online music magazine AirdriftSignals Music Magazine with the release of my 50th Anniversary Analysis and Review of Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side of The Moon . I learned recently that former member Roger Waters plans to release a remake of this legendary album, titled The Dark Side of The Moon Redux, so I felt that there couldn’t be a more perfect time to do a really in-depth deep-dive into one of the greatest albums of all time.  Check it out and drop a like for my Facebook page or share! I plan to do many more deep dives in the coming months and years. Cheers! https://www.airdriftsignals.com/2023/09/pink-floyd-dark-side-of-the-moon-50th-analysis-and-review.html

My self-titled EP from 2015 finally makes its way to streaming services

DJ Dark Flow EP In the summer of 2015, I released my debut EP. Now, 8 years later, I finally put my self-titled EP on streaming services.   The reason it hadn’t come sooner was because I knew a couple of these original mixes were clipping and a bit muddy. Even after attempting to master them at the time, I was pretty novice to music production in a digital audio workspace, commonly referred to as a DAW. After getting the chance to clean up and correct a couple of these tracks, I am proud to finally be sharing them on streaming today. The other reason I never released this EP was for the fact that my original mixes were already starting to audibly improve after just a few months of learning. My first release on streaming services became an instrumental dubstep remix of my good friend B. Dvine’s hip-hop single Freewill Refinement with Young Dirty Bastard, followed by my October two track single SO)L. While my later releases began to improve in audio mixing, I still stand by my self-title

My debut horror novella Crimson Sky is released on Amazon

I released my debut horror novella titled Crimson Sky as a paperback and Kindle edition on Amazon. My local newspaper was kind enough to write a short piece on my release, which details my ambitions in combining two separate mediums of entertainment. Both written fiction and atmospheric music come together in this hybrid work of art, which I designed to be enjoyed all at once! If you don't believe me, try it out for yourself and dive deep into the horrors of my imagination. This story was brewing for many years prior to its release and its interweaving with music was a deliberate choice to create a more immersive and tense reading experience. Its scenes were inspired by instrumental and dark brooding music that I would sometimes listen to as a teenager. My mind would always play a scene or collage of visuals when I listened to music without words. This was my vision put into motion and fully realized as Crimson Sky. Check it out now on Amazon .
